As Vote Counter, you may be asked to describe your role early in the meeting. You briefly go over what parts of the meeting will be voted on, how it will be conducted, who is included, when the winners will be announced, and related details.
During the meeting, you may hand out or prepare voting material at the least intrusive moment. You can also do this before the meeting starts.
Towards the end of the meeting, after gathering all votes and tabulating them, you make note of the winners in each category. You may either hand the results to the Toastmaster of the day, the General Evaluator, the Club President, or be asked to announce the results.
