General Evaluator

GE

As General Evaluator, also called Meeting Evaluator, you observe everything about the meeting. You may be asked to briefly describe your role by the Toastmaster at the beginning of the meeting.

You conduct the evaluations segment of the meeting when the Toastmaster gives you the stage or microphone. You start by calling each speech Evaluator for their evaluation speech. There could be as many as four speech Evaluators. You may be asked to call each of the technical or functionary roles — TK, AH, GR, WM, VC — for their reports.

You then provide your own report of the meeting as a whole.

You wrap up the evaluation segment by returning the stage or microphone to the Toastmaster.
