Time Keeper

TK

As Timer, also called Time Keeper, you first discover each Speaker's time allocation in advance. You may be asked to describe your function and purpose. Try to be brief. You recite the time allocations and demonstrate or describe how you will show the transitions.

Timer's Chart

During the meeting, you keep track of each person's time in minutes and seconds, showing the green, yellow, and red indicators at the appropriate moments.

Toward the end of the meeting, when asked by the General Evaluator, you report the times recorded for each person who spoke.

Tip: It’s best to always display something visible to show that you are the meeting's Time Keeper
