What's the difference between Toastmasters, Toastmasters and Toastmasters?
One is a nonprofit public-speaking organization, one is a brand of kitchen appliances (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Toastmaster), and one is a group of avocado-toast afficionados.
Okay. The "answer" to the riddle depends on singular, plural or context.
Toastmaster is the person hosting a meeting. But a Toastmaster is also a member of the club.
Toastmasters are then the collective members. But Toastmasters is also a club.
Then Toastmasters can also refer to headquarters where Toastmasters in Toastmasters clubs send in their Toastmasters paperwork. 😝
